1. PCR Content


Increasing the Use of Recycled Materials

We offer and continue to develop packaging solutions using Post-Consumer Recycled materials to help reduce the use of virgin plastic and support customers’ circular-packaging targets.

Current capabilities include:

  • Tube body with PCR content of up to 50%
  • Tube shoulder with PCR content of up to 100%
  • Cap with PCR content of up to 100%

Actual PCR content is subject to product specification, technical feasibility, compatibility, and performance assessment.

2. Mono-Material PE Tubes


Designing Packaging for Better Recyclability

Lamipak is developing a mono-material PE tube solution together with DNPI to simplify material composition and improve packaging recyclability.

Our goal is to create packaging that is:

  • Designed for recycling
  • Easier to process within suitable recycling systems
  • Capable of meeting product-protection and performance requirements
  • Practical for commercial-scale production

This development supports brand owners seeking packaging that is more aligned with circular-design principles.

4. Decarbonization


Reducing Emissions Across Our Operations and Supply Chain

Lamipak is taking practical steps to reduce emissions associated with customer deliveries and transportation activities.

Our initiatives include the use of electric vehicles for finished-goods transportation to customers, helping reduce dependence on conventional fuel and supporting lower-emission logistics.

As our business grows, we will continue exploring opportunities to improve energy efficiency, transportation efficiency, and operational carbon performance.
