Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions about our company.

Lamipak manufactures ABL, PBL and PE co-extruded tubes for beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and selected specialty applications.

ABL contains an aluminium barrier layer and provides strong protection against light, oxygen and moisture. PBL uses a plastic-based barrier structure and offers a clean appearance with good shape recovery. PE co-extruded tubes are soft, flexible and suitable for applications requiring a comfortable dispensing experience.

The appropriate structure depends on the product formula, required barrier protection, appearance, dispensing behaviour, decoration and sustainability objectives. Our team can help review these requirements during development.

Yes. Share your product application, filling requirements, target size, desired appearance and destination market. Compatibility testing with the actual formula should still be completed before commercial production.

Available diameters and tube lengths depend on the selected tube structure, closure and production requirements. Filling volume is also influenced by the formula density and required headspace.

Options may include screw caps, flip-top caps, standing caps and other application-specific closures, subject to the selected diameter and current component availability.

Available options include flexographic printing, screen printing, hot or cold stamping and selected surface finishes. The most suitable method depends on the tube structure, artwork and desired visual effect.

Yes, selected structures and projects may use transparent, metallized, holographic, pearlized, soft-touch or other decorative effects. Feasibility should be confirmed based on the selected material and artwork.

The standard minimum order quantity can start from 10,000 tubes, depending on the tube structure, diameter, decoration, closure and project requirements.

Please provide the product application, tube type, diameter or filling size, required quantity, closure preference, decoration requirements, artwork status and delivery destination.

Physical samples and digital or printed mock-ups may be provided depending on project requirements. Mock-ups are intended for visual evaluation and may not be identical to commercial production.

Development time depends on material selection, artwork readiness, component availability, sampling, testing and approval requirements. A project timeline can be confirmed after the specifications are reviewed

Yes. The product formula may interact with the tube material, barrier layer, shoulder, closure or decoration. Compatibility and stability testing should be completed using the actual formula before commercial approval.

Depending on the approved specification, inspections may include appearance, dimensions, print registration, colour, sealing, orifice, cap fit and other functional requirements.

Production and quality records help connect incoming materials, manufacturing batches, inspection results and finished-goods delivery references.

Provide the batch or delivery reference, affected quantity, issue description, photographs and available samples. This information helps our team review and investigate the concern efficiently.
